Most Benefits have an appeal process.

That means you can ask them to think again, if you think they have got it wrong and if you think...
• you should be getting more,
• you are not getting something you have a right to.
If things change
For example, if you get given some money, or you get a job with more money, you MUST tell the Benefits people.
You must do this even if it means they might pay you less.

If you don’t tell them and they find out, you might have to pay money back.
If things get harder for you, tell them that as well.
You might be able to get more money.
